Back in January, we told you about JetBlue’s series of “Flight Etiquette” videos. The promotional clips, uploaded to the airline’s Twitter account, described various faux pas of air travel with a lighthearted sense of humor barely concealing the genuine rage of the airline’s employees. And the airline must not be done venting, because JetBlue just uploaded a new video entitled “How Not to Board a Flight.” It describes a nightmare we know all too well.
Among all the episodes, this one especially rings true. It would seem like just another cynical ad if it weren’t for the fact that it obviously comes from JetBlue employees’ real experience and real frustration. If you think boarding a plane is annoying, try looking in the agents’ eyes next time. They hate it much more than you do.
